Cookies go with ice cream the way that a sun roof goes with your car. Sure, ice cream is dandy alone, but cookies make it so much better. Mint Oreo is a classic, but chocolate chip cookie dough is all-time genius. The beauty of pure vanilla ice cream goes on adrenaline when it’s studded with nuggets of cookie dough and tart little chocolate chips. Cookie Time

There was a dark, lonely time when I thought that cookie dough ice cream was a part of my past. But ha! That time was fleeting and it’s in my past because I’ve found the future and it tastes delicious, or should I say decadent?

The Purely Decadent Soy Delicious Cookie Dough ice cream is gluten-free (rejoice!), but it’s also dairy-free. It’s a taste of the good old days AND it’s lower in fat than real ice cream. I eat it probably every night, love it, and usually keep a spare pint in my freezer. So if you love cookie dough as much as I do, buy some — lots of it — and thank me later.
